By purchasing or downloading a toolkit, you agree to these terms.
What you can do
You may:
- Use, adapt, and complete the toolkit documents for your own internal purposes within a single organisation or as an individual.
- Share completed or adapted documents internally within that organisation.
What you cannot do
Without prior written permission from Iseo Blue Limited, you may not:
- Resell or sublicense the toolkit, in whole or in part, to any third party.
- Distribute or share the toolkit — in original or adapted form — with any individual or organisation outside your own.
- Use the toolkit as the basis for consultancy, advisory, or professional services provided to third parties, whether paid or unpaid. This includes using it as a template, deliverable, or working document in client engagements.
- Incorporate the toolkit into any product, service, or derivative work offered or distributed to others.
These restrictions apply regardless of whether the toolkit has been modified or rebranded.
Consultancies and professional service providers
If you are a consultant, agency, or professional services firm and wish to use any Iseo Blue toolkit as part of work delivered to clients, you must obtain a commercial licence before doing so.

Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in each toolkit — including its structure, content, and formatting — remain the property of Iseo Blue Limited. Purchase or download grants you a right to use the toolkit under these terms; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
