What format are the documents?

Will the toolkit get me certified on its own?
No toolkit can promise that — but this provides you with the complete set of documents and the records auditors look for. If you’d like help getting over the line, coaching is there.
ISO 9001:2015 or the new 2026 version?
It’s built on ISO 9001:2015 — the version you certify to today. A revision is expected in 2026 with a three-year transition period, and the toolkit is structured so that updating later is straightforward.
Do I need the coaching to use it?
Not at all. The toolkit is designed to stand on its own. Coaching is simply there if you’d like support. If you are confident with 9001, tailoring it to your organisation, and rolling up your sleeves to get it done, then it shouldn’t be a blocker.
What about ISO 27001 Information Security?
