This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all online training courses offered by Iseo Blue Limited. By purchasing our courses, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for our online courses are offered at the sole discretion of Iseo Blue Limited and are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Content Access Limit: Refunds will not be granted if you have accessed more than 33% of the course content. This includes viewing modules, downloading materials, or completing assessments.

  2. Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless more than 33% of the course has been accessed.

  3. Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted if technical issues prevent you from accessing the course and these issues cannot be resolved by Iseo Blue.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If more than 33% of the course content has been accessed.

  • If you change your mind after purchasing the course.

  • If you fail to complete the course within the access period provided.
